Divers rely on either a hookah or tank setup for air. Sea Cucumbers are placed in bags during the dive and retreived by a dive tender vessel to be “poked” (a consistent slit near the head on belly side) to increase capacity, and standardize harvest weight. Transport tenders typically purchase product on the grounds, to be returned to our facility for immediate processing. Remarkebly, Sea Cucumbers are incredibly resilliant, and virtually all specimens arrive at the dock vibrant and lively.

Once delivered to our facility, product manager Ed Hisaw oversees a meticulous process of cleaning, cooking, and salting. We work closely with prospective buyers, often in person to ensure any special requirements are met. If you’re a buyer interested in our sea cucumbers, and would like to know more about how you can work with us, please contact Ed Hisaw.
